SUPER”7” EXPOSURE CAMP

10am-10:10            STRETCH

10:15a-1p                 Divide into 4 groups and each group goes to its own field. Fields will be set                up for 4 skills(1 skill at each field) Each group will spend 35 minutes at each skills station.  

1)Throwing station

2)Front Toss hitting station

3)Tee and soft toss hitting station

4)Ground ball/ Outfield station.   

1p-1:45p                     LUNCH BREAK ( Athletes may bring their own lunch, go out for lunch, have a parent or guardian bring their lunch or purchase  a Subway sandwich, chips and a drink for $5 from the camp directors)     

Live scrimmages will begin at 2:15, All athletes will play 2 games coached by the college coaches. Each game will be 60 minutes finish the batter.

Game #2 -3:30p

Q and A with college coaches will begin at 4:30p and will end at 5p and will complete the

 2020 1 after 7 Events and Training Super “7” Exposure Camp
