Camp will be held Thursday June 15, 2023 at Byers Sports Complex 9a - 3p.  The All-star game will be 6pm and 745p at Melissa Cook Stadium at Notre Dame.

14u, 16u, and 18u will have games held at Melissa Cook Stadium at Notre Dame and all 14U-16U-18U Championship Games will be held there also weather and schedule permitting.

We are accepting 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U

​

• Entry is $675 for 12U team gate of $225 to be paid via venmo @Lorenzo-Walker-2

• 5 game guarantee - 4 pool play into single elimination

• Only accepting 1st 12- paid teams for 12U

• Total entry $1175 - Entry is $875  for 14U, 16U, and 18U and $300 TEAM GATE FEE.

• All teams should prepare to play at 8am on Friday June 16th

• Only accepting the 1st 76 paid 14U, 16U, and 18U teams

• 5 game guarantee - 4 pool play into single elimination bracket

Refund Policy: Once a team makes a payment for the event an automatic administrative fee will be kept by the tournament director regardless of the reason the team has to withdraw from the event. Once the final selection of teams are confirmed online there is no refund awarded if a team drops out of the tournament.

If completely washed out and no games played then, teams will be refunded tournament fees minus 20% for administration fees and handling cost.  e. Five game guarantee with 3 games completed will be a completed tournament.f. Five game guarantee with 2 completed games 50% minus 20% administration fees will be refunded.g. Five game guarantee with 1 game completed 75% refunded minus 20% administration fees..  The tournament director has the option to change the format of any tournament in case of inclement weather. May but not limited to:a. Dropping Loser’s Bracket b. Reducing number of games played c. Reduce time limits.d. Reduce number of innings being played.e. Can start a batter with any count.f. Drop dead can be used as a last result.
